This Privacy Policy describes how StillStrong (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit stillstrong.us (the “Site”), make a purchase, use the Strength Age tracker, or communicate with us.

  • Contact & order details: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Strength Age data: if you use our tracker, the test results you enter (e.g. chair-stand reps, balance time), your age bracket, and the email you provide for reminders.
  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: emails and messages you send us.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and deliver your orders, send order updates, and provide customer support.
  • To operate the Strength Age tracker and send you the re-test reminder emails you signed up for.
  • To send marketing emails if you opted in — you can unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.
  • To improve the Site, our Products, and our advertising, including measuring campaign performance.
