1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website stillstrong.us (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products offered on it (the “Products”), operated by StillStrong (“StillStrong”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from this Site. Our Products are formulated for adults.

3. Products & Health Disclaimer

StillStrong Products are dietary supplements and exercise materials.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Consult your physician before starting any supplement or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.
  • The Daily Five exercises and the strength self-tests are performed at your own risk. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and follow the safety instructions included with the Product.
  • Individual results vary. Published study results describe the referenced studies, not a guarantee of your personal outcome.

4. Strength Age & Self-Tests

The “Strength Age” score and related self-tests are informational tools based on published research norms. They are not a medical assessment, diagnosis, or substitute for professional medical advice.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund if already charged).
  • Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase.

6. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel any time before the next billing date by emailing support@stillstrong.us. Cancellation stops future charges; already-shipped orders are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the Products — including text, graphics, logos, product design, card decks, the handbook, and the Strength Age methodology as presented — is owned by or licensed to StillStrong and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StillStrong will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StillStrong harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Products.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which StillStrong is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@stillstrong.us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
