Free U.S. Shipping
Every StillStrong order ships free within the United States. No minimums, no hidden fees.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Dispatch: Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Delivery: 1–4 business days within the United States.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping (Canada, Australia, New Zealand)
We also ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Delivery: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout.
- Customs & import charges: depending on your country, duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Changes
Need to correct a shipping address? Email support@stillstrong.us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address any time before the order has been dispatched.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact support@stillstrong.us with your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. You will never be left paying for a shipment that didn't reach you in good condition.
